We’re glad you asked. There is the "good news" and then there is "more good news"!
First of all, if our client bids on a project and does not get awarded the work, they obviously don’t get paid. KUI doesn’t either!! Yes, that's right!! We only get paid if we help our client W-I-N and perform the job!
That is the good news. The "more good news" is that when our clients do win the job, they don’t pay us until they start collecting requisition monies from the GC that are far in excess of KUI’s fee.
Bottom line: KUI’s fee never comes from its clients’ pocket! How attractive is that?

We’re glad you asked that, as well. It depends on the trade and the size of the job. In its 6 year history, KUI has co-created with its clients almost $71,000,000 in revenues for them. KUI’s fee has averaged less than 1.5%. How attractive is that?

5. Does my company need to be pre-qualified to work with Kuechenberg Unlimited, Inc.?
Yes and No. Some, but not all, of the GC’s require subcontractors to be pre-qualified according to the GC’s specifications. It is our job to make sure that your company has all the requirements the GC’s need.
6. In which counties does Kuechenberg Unlimited, Inc. work?
KUI works primarily in Miami/Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and occasionally, in Martin and Monroe Counties.
